Launch team pages. If you have a launch team page on this site, it is private to you. Please don’t forward your sign-in link; ask for a new one instead. A page may be closed at any time. A review is never required, and nothing is offered in exchange for one. If you do review the book, please give your honest opinion; family members and close friends are asked to help in other ways, because Amazon removes their reviews.

Media kit. The downloadable bios, headshots, speaker sheet and quote sheets are provided for press, podcast and event use, and may be reproduced for that purpose without further permission. Please do not alter the headshots beyond cropping.
